The Young V&A museum for children in East London has more than doubled its attendee figures since reopening on July 1, 2023.

Located in Bethnal Green, the museum was previously known as the Museum of Childhood before undergoing a three year £13 million redesign and rebrand to appeal more to children rather than be about them.

Visitor figures this year so far are 201,558, compared to 78,908 during the same period prior to the redevelopment, representing a 155% increase.
